Hi Everyone,

We are thrilled to extend an invitation to our upcoming AATE event, where we will delve into the exciting realm of Navigating Emerging Technology. This exciting occasion is set to take place at Woodward Academy on Tuesday, September 19th. We are proud to announce that we have gathered an ensemble of top national experts to guide us through this enlightening journey.

As valued members, your participation comes at no charge. For non-members, there is a guest fee of $25. Furthermore, if you're a current AATE member who hasn't yet renewed their membership for the 2023-2024 period, we kindly encourage you to renew before registering for the event as a Paid Current Member.

Commencing at 10:00 am, we are offering an optional tour of Woodward's innovative spaces. At 10:45 am, the main event kicks off. We are thrilled to feature Eric Hudson, a seasoned strategic expert and former Chief Program Officer of the Global Online Academy, as our keynote speaker. His presentation, "The Power and Potential of Generative AI in Schools," promises to be both insightful and thought-provoking.

Lunch will be provided followed by four captivating sessions, each offered twice.

  • 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm
  • 1:20 pm - 2:05 pm

Here is a glimpse of our sessions and presenters:

    • Eric Hudson (Strategic Expert) - Create a Bot with Poe
    • Sarah Hanawald (Senior Director, Academic Leaders, One Schoolhouse) - Don't Let AI Write Your Mission, but Do Center Your Mission in Your AI Work
    • Adam Magana (Founder and CPO of Optima Ed) - Teaching and Leading in the Era of Spatial Computing
